Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoniERP (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoniERP is a cloud-based jewellery store management platform offering POS billing, inventory management, karigar tracking, gold loan (Girvi) management, GST compliance, WhatsApp CRM, and multi-branch reporting.

The Service is offered in three tiers:

  • · Silver: ₹2,999/month — single store, up to 3 staff
  • · Gold: ₹6,999/month — up to 3 stores, up to 10 staff
  • · Platinum: ₹14,999/month — unlimited stores, unlimited staff

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must enter payment details to continue using the Service. Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

SoniERP reserves the right to modify trial duration or scope with 7 days' notice.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Payment methods accepted: UPI AutoPay, debit card, credit card, net banking.

  • · Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount versus monthly billing
  • · You will receive a 7-day notice before any subscription renewal
  • · Failed payments result in a 3-day grace period before service suspension
  • · GST (18%) is applicable on all subscription fees as per GST Act 2017

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at billing@sonierp.in for a full refund.

After the 30-day guarantee period:

  • · Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • · Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund for unused months, minus processing fees
  • · Service downtime credits apply if uptime SLA is breached (see Section 8)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • · Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties
  • · Export data for competitor benchmarking or analysis
  • · Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • · Use the Service to process fraudulent transactions or evade tax obligations
  • · Exceed API rate limits or overload our infrastructure

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. SoniERP holds a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We will never use your business data for any purpose outside the Service.

You may export your complete data at any time from Settings > Data Export. Upon account closure, we will provide a final data export within 7 days of request.

8. Service Availability (SLA)

  • · Gold & Platinum plans: 99.5% monthly uptime SLA. Downtime exceeding SLA entitles you to a prorated credit
  • · Silver plan: best-effort availability; no formal SLA commitment
  • · Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
  • · Offline POS mode is available on all plans and does not count toward downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoniERP Technologies' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

SoniERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India. This Agreement is governed by the Information Technology Act 2000 and all applicable Indian regulations.
